Our internet has been going in and out of service for a week now and Robbie and I are both getting extremely irritated. I've talked to two tech's already and they've temporarily fixed the problem but I think it's more than what they say. So going without internet for awhile is horrible! Thank goodness it's back now!!!

Today I got the most unexpected thing ever. We had staff development day and when we were all together before a training, my principal presented me with an award in which she says I was "teacher of the month for September!" The award itself says "Team Player Award" and I was given a $25 gift card for Barnes and Noble. Isn't that awesome! Hard work DOES pay off!!! Woot!

This weekend was pretty lame. Friday after school Dana and I went to get ice cream and sat outside and talked for like 2 hours. Later I went out with some friends to Half Shell, this really cool outdoor restaurant/bar in Green Valley. We sat on the rooftop and they had tables everywhere and fire pits. It was really nice! I went home around midnight though because I was exhausted! I slept in Saturday until noon and it felt awesome. Then I lounged around most of the day on Saturday and Pat and I went bowling in the evening. I beat him 2 out of 3 games and he did not like that one bit. I'm sure there's a rematch coming on soon...

Yesterday I lounged again and then Pat made me an awesome dinner of buffalo chicken (with his homemade buffalo sauce!), baked beans and mac and cheese. Mmmmmmmmmm. It was yummy.

Not much else is exciting lately. Same old crap different day.
