The funniest thing happened today. Michelle and I were outside on the playground for duty and this little first grader came up to us with the most horrible look on his face holding his little weenie and said "I really have to go poo!" We had some kids take him into the building and then started cracking up. He looked like he was going to crap his pants any minute! HAHA

This week has gone by so fast already. I'm totally thrown off with not having worked Monday. It's actually been so busy at work I want to crash at 3:06. I hate the beginning of the year. The kids are so needy and it's exhausting. I just realized today that all of the kids that I have from this one third grade teacher from last year, cannot sit down. They all stand by their desks when they do their work! Yesterday this little boy didn't even get a chair from the stack all day! Whatever floats their boat I guess. Yesterday I was dying because this little asian kid with buck teeth and a lisp says "Ms. Thomas I bet I can get you to say how." So of course I said "how?" and then started cracking up. He totally got me! I'm gonna use that from now on.

Last night Pat and I had the best dinner! I bought a rotisserie chicken and made mashed potatoes for me and sweet mashed potatoes for pat and some asparagus. We pigged out. I can't tell you the last time I had a plate of mashed potatoes. I ate even after I wanted to explode from being so full. Oh man. I'm craving it again today.

I'm getting totally overwhelmed at work. I keep trying to pile on too many projects at once and then I start one, stop, and begin another and before I know it I have a million things going at once. Some girlfriends and I decided to take all these trainings after school because they pay you extra on top of your salary, but I feel like I'm going to be in class every night. They're all relevant to my job so it will be interesting and applicable but it's a lot of time not spending doing something else. Then, my principal asked me to be the representative for our school for two other projects/trainings. Both I get paid extra for too but it's alot of work. The one I'm going to have to come back and train everyone at school for a staff development. It'll be good practice for my internship but it's just added on work on top of all the crap I already have to do! LOL
