I finally forced myself to pack last night at like 10. I hate it so much and I overpack like no other. I had to be good though because Pat and I are sharing a bag so we both don't pay an arm and a leg to check bags. I did the best I could and only took up half the suitcase :)

Yesterday was actually fun. I went into work again and did some stuff for my admin hours. I had to break down some data and play around with it. And then my principal had me put together these things for teachers to rate their kids to be placed into classrooms next year. It was just different being at school and not teaching! lol

Last night I made a really good rendition of chicken parm without the breading. I marinated the chicken breasts in Fat Free Italian Dressing and Low-Fat Parmesan Cheese and then baked it. It was good!!!!!!! I like trying new things.

Well, tonight we are off to NYC. I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
