Turkey Coma

Well I must say that this Thanskgiving was pretty darn good. Wednesday night I went out to Tangerine and had so much fun. I really wanted to go to Jet at Mirage cuz I've never been and I heard it was cool, but they were closed for some weird reason. So we got free passes to go into Tangerine and headed there. It reminded me so much of my birthday celebration. It wasn't really that packed when we got there but it seemed like after about a half hour you couldn't move inside. So we hung out there for a bit then walked ALL THE WAY down to Bellagio to watch the fountain show but they weren't doing it anymore. I still can't believe we walked that far and I was in heels. Geez. Alcohol does wonderous things. We took a cab home from Bellagio and called it a night. Thursday I woke up at 2:30 and it was wonderful. Sleeping is the best. My mom called me when I woke up and was cracking up because I told her I was still in bed and she had already gone to my cousins house to eat and was back home already! Apparently my brother completely overdosed on dinner this year to make up for last year (he was sucker punched and broke his jaw the night before thanksgiving). Hearing about that and thinking about all of my family getting together made me really homesick. I can't wait to go home for Christmas. Anyway, so I went over Mike's for dinner. Let me tell you, watching two dudes cook Thanksgiving dinner was quite entertaining. It turned out DELICIOUS!!!! We had lots of good stuff : Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, sweet potatoes and ambrosia salad. yum yum yum!!!! We all ate dinner in silence because we were shoving our faces. It was funny. Then after cleaning up we all passed out. Well I know I did and they said they did too so I'll have to take their word for it. I passed out for 3 hours!!! No joke! Mike finally woke me up at 10:30 to eat some pie. So we ate pie and then I went home shortly after to pass out again. It was all in all a great day!

Now I am enjoying my days off. It has been wonderful to have this time off of school. I think I really needed this. Today I'm putting up my Christmas decorations. I can't believe it's Christmas already!!! Geez this year has FLOWN by!
