Home Sweet Home

Well I successfully surprised my parents on Wednesday morning and it was really cute. My grandma picked me up from the airport Tuesday after 1am. She dropped me off my house and I tried to be as quiet as I could. My mom later told me that she had last looked at the clock at 1:30 before she fell asleep and I came in around 1:40! She was sleeping in my room so I had to sleep in Robbie's old room. When she woke up in the morning and came up from the shower, she noticed that his door was closed and peeked in to see who it was. I woke up so I rolled over and said "hi mom!" and she got totally freaked out! It was really funny. The whole day was bittersweet for her because I was visiting and Robbie was leaving. So far I've hung out with my family alot just chillin at home and relaxing. It's been wonderful. Yesterday my mom and I drove to Jackie's to hang out with Sydney while she was working. I LOVE that little girl! She is so cute I just want to gobble her up! Robyn came over too so we hung out for a bit before Missy arrived. When my mom left, Jackie and I went to the grocery store to get stuff for dinner. Jackie made a really great dinner and we just hung out for the rest of the night. Jackie and Steve passed out early so Missy and I hung out for awhile before passing out. When we were going to bed, we snuck into Sydney's room and watched her sleep with her little butt perched up in the air. So sweet! Today I lounged around and then went to dinner with my parents and grandparents. We went to Sibley Gardens and it was really good! I had never been there before :) Tonight I'm laying low again and look forward to getting a good night's sleep!

It's been so great being on break. This break is MUCH needed, but I'm looking forward to the new school year. From what I'm told, I have a really good class. Despite all of the little problems, this year's class was actually really good, too. So if next year's is better than this year's, it's going to be a piece of cake!
