This weekend seemed really long for some reason. Friday Pat and I went for sushi, which is becoming our Friday night ritual - lol. Then we watched Body of Lies with Leo DiCaprio. It was pretty good, but was one of those movies where you really need to pay attention or you will be completely lost.

Saturday morning I had to take two tests to renew my teaching license. I ended up getting completely lost on the way (it was clear on the other side of town) and was a half hour late. I was pissed too because I left my house early so I could be there early! They still let me take the test, thank goodness, and I'm confident I passed. I'm glad that's over with! Then Pat and I met two of his friends from LA at the Forum shops for a little buzzed shopping. Neither of us bought anything but I'm glad because we both spent way too much money in New York. Then we watched the fight, which was crazy, and went to dinner at Nine. I saw Mark Wahlberg and he is hot. Omg I was so star struck. I purposely walked by him several times at his table and I wanted to take a picture so bad but I didn't want to look like a crazed fan. I did purposely rub shoulders with him though when he left. Oh he's yummy....
Sunday Pat and I went to breakfast and then met up with his friends again at the pool. We wanted to go to Wet Republic but the people we were meeting left early and it was annoying to get in without paying cover. I HATE paying cover so I got really annoyed. We just ended up chilling at the MGM pool and then went to eat at Pink Taco at Hard Rock.

Now I am sitting here trying to get this stupid paper done for school and I have no idea what I'm doing. I didn't go to class last week either because I was in New York so I just have no expectations. From what Mike says, our professor is not cool. And this research project we have to do is a pain in the neck and we have her for our final class, which is when we turn in the completed project. Yuck. I just can't wait until this dumb degree is over with so that I can get my pay raise!!!!!
