I am very proud of myself because I finally signed up for the gym yesterday. It's dirt cheap right now and since I really can't go to my kickboxing class much anymore, I figured this would kick my butt back into gear. After all, pool season is in three months!

On a weird note, I called my doctor's office today to schedule an appointment and they informed me that he passed away in November! I was like WHAT?! I was so thrown off guard and didn't know what to say. I wanted to ask how but didn't know if that was appropriate. I'm kind of annoyed though because when I made an appt with a new doctor, they had to input my information again and now I have to go in early to fill out the paperwork like I am a totally new patient. Couldn't they have just transferred my information? And shouldn't they have let his patients know that he passed away? I'm still totally weirded out.
