So Much Better

Well today is a better day. After last night's brief moment of sadness, I am proud to say I have bounced back. As I was falling asleep last night I was thinking about having no regrets. I don't think that it's good to have regrets because things in your past make you who you are today. However, if I could go back in time, would I do things differently? ABSOLUTELY. I have gotten wrapped up in the most bizarre situations and met the weirdest people. I feel like I have been blinded by reality and that I'm not as good at judging people as I thought. I've realized how valuable the opinions are of my friends and family as they are the people that mean the most to me. Do I always like their opinions? No. But, sometimes I get so wrapped up in a situation that it's hard to see the validity of their opinions. All I know is that I have the BEST family and the BEST friends and no matter what, I know that they will always be there for me. They will always guide me and advise me for my better interest and never judge me for the bad decisions I've made in my past. I'm so glad that Missy and I came up with my new rule of "one strike, you're out" because I think that it has definitely served its purpose in a couple of instances. I guess the biggest instance is being pissed off enough at someone for making a mistake that I made this person walk to the airport (which is about 10 miles I might add). I still think that's a pretty funny story!!
