Happy New Year!!!!

All I can say is what an INCREDIBLE New Year celebration I had last night!!! The evening started out at my place, getting ready and celebrating with champagne. Robbie and Nate headed to the strip around 3ish so it was me, Tom, and the girls at my apartment. We ended up going to the strip at like 10 but had to park hella far because LV Blvd was closed from the freeway on. Tom and I headed over to MGM to party at Tabu with his boy. It was jam packed but super super fun. We danced alot and had a great time. We even acquired two Happy New Year hats that were awesome. Around 11:30 we walked outside to meet up with Robbie and Nate and I didn't think we were gonna make it to them by midnight. It was a ZOO outside!!!! There were SOOOOOOO many people it was ridiculous! They were over in front of Monte Carlo and we literally did not meet them until 11:58. But it was crazy and so fun. We counted down and watched all the fireworks being lit off all down the strip. Fun times. However, a little after midnight, Tom and I decided we were over the crowds and wanted to go home. It was the most difficult task EVER to get home. We had to walk soooo far to even get close to getting a taxi and then that was impossible. So we ended up walking from the MGM all the way over to just past the Palms. That was a good 2 mile walk at least. I was ready to burn my boots and never wear them again after that!!!! But, I will say that all in all it was by far the best New Years I've ever had. I'm soooo looking forward to 2007 and all that it has in store. I'm glad to be done with 2006 and move on! :)
