I had my first observation today by my principal. Last week when she came in to do it I was having the worst day ever so she told me she'd come back. Today was much much better. Although she didn't get to see me teach a lesson since she walked in late, she still wrote a bunch of stuff down. She was smiling by the end of it so I'm going to take it as good news. I hope I don't get fired. haha. Yea right. There's so much job security as a teacher in Vegas it's ridiculous. Unless you do something absolutely ridiculous like break the law, I highly doubt you would get fired. Plus my principal loves me so I think I'm good :) However, I did have one student that was acting like a jackass the entire time and I wanted to beat him. Man that sounds bad, but I did. I can't stand when people, let alone kids, act like idiots for no apparent reason. Ugh, that bugs me.
I'm just so excited right now I can barely contain myself. There are two reasons for this.
1. I have two more days of school and then four days off.
2. I just booked my ticket to go to San Diego in two weeks for the weekend. I cannot tell you how much I am looking forward to this!!!!!!!!! I've heard that once I go there I will not want to come back. hmmmmmmm
Well I'm off to go workout. I must get back in shape if I'm going to be at a beach! :)
