It's dry out here

Can anyone tell me why I have this white film over everything in my room from my humidifier I just bought? It's driving me crazy. My closet is one complete wall and the doors are mirrors. Everyday the mirrors look dirty now because of this stupid humidifier. But I like the humidifier because it is so incredibly dry out here and I feel like I sleep alot better with it on. My throat doesn't seem dry and my nose isn't plugged in the morning anymore. As I'm writing this, I'm listening to this ionic breeze machine zap the crap out of something in the air CONSTANTLY. And it makes me think it's the air coming out of my room because the door is open (it's been shut all night) and the machine is close to my room. So what the heck is the white film? All I do is fill the sucker with water everynight. Could it be yuckies from the water ???

Hmmm, what else is new...I survived my first full week at Kohls. It is giving me serious anxiety. You cannot be a neat and organized person and fold clothes all day. It will drive anyone crazy. I even had two blisters on my feet from walking around so much the other day frantically trying to clean up my department. Ugh, so annoying. But, I did see a posting in the break room for an administrative assistant position that's open. I talked to one of the managers about it and she basically told me that it's a crazy job. She said it's alot of work and I would need to be very organized to do it. However, I think that's how all administrative positions are. I wish I knew how much it paid. I'm thinking about applying for it but then again I don't want to have to go through all that training and then quit in 3 months to teach. But, then again, I don't want to fold clothes everyday for the next 3 months either. So I'm torn on what to do.

Alright, I'm signing off. I feel like I'm sitting outside at night in the summer in Michigan listening to those mosquito and bug zappers. Those things are gross.
